Standard Postage delivery within 3 to 15 working days.

It’s an untraced expedition, ( so not very safe ) and we use it only for small objects. All picks and stickers.

Items purchased are placed in a box and shipped in an envelope. 

UPS Courier international shipping up to 5 business days for production + 3 business days for delivery (tracking provided). 

It is a tracking shipment, you can use it on request for all small products, e.g. (picks, stickers, etc.).

It is used for safety on all larger products, e.g. (skins, sticks, etc.).

For each product, the processing time from taking charge of the order is 5 working days.

These days are to be added to those necessary for the shipment chosen at the time of order.

How do I track my order? By choosing courier shipping, when your order will be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the website of the chosen courier company.

What happens if I have not received my order? If the tracking information says your order has been delivered, make sure you check everywhere – sometimes couriers leave parcels at neighbours, the doorman, in the garden, even behind the bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows that the item has been returned to us, send an email to [email protected]. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted delivery unsuccessfully or the courier may have lost the package.
